bro thats not orihime thats nobara 💀
While we could argue about the front hair that look alike even in the manga, nobara got brow hair and short hair, while orihime got orange hair and long hair (Both at the end of the manga and the rest of the time).
But you can support us and download the game to summon her and see how much wrong you were 😉 (She's the second character to have a second clothes, she've got both the epilogue clothes and the blood war clothes, in case the first one wouldn't be to your liking)
